Open Source Software: Please note that our product, Interceptr, is distributed under specific open-source licenses. Nothing in these Terms shall transition ownership of open-source components, which remain governed by their respective licenses (e.g., MIT, Apache 2.0).

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• All registration or contact information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
• You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update it as necessary.
• You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside.
• You will not access the Site through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script, or otherwise.

Kelink provides tools powered by artificial intelligence and machine learning (collectively, "AI Products"). By using these tools, you agree that:

• Acceptable Use: You will not use our AI Products to generate malicious code, facilitate prompt injection attacks (other than for authorized security testing), or violate any third-party rights.
• Third-Party Providers: You acknowledge that our AI features may be powered by third-party providers like Alibaba Cloud AI. Your use of these features is also subject to their respective terms of service.
• Output Accuracy: AI-generated insights are provided "as-is." Kelink does not guarantee the 100% accuracy or reliability of AI-generated outputs.

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Systematically retrieving data or other content from the Site to create or compile a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
• Circumventing, disabling, or otherwise interfering with security-related features of the Site.
• Engaging in unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site.
• Using the Site in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.

In no event will Kelink or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site or our AI products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the site and your use thereof, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

These Terms and Conditions and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Argentina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
